Cinela Albert (ORTF)
The Cinela Albert is a windshield enclosure that fits two or three microphones. The most standard version is the 2-channel Albert. It comes with the long pile fur for the Albert windshield, as seen in the photo. The wind protection this product provides is second to none and is the best windshield for ORTF considering its size. sennheiser MKH 8040 (Stereoset)
The 8040s are cardioid, condenser microphones with a wide frequency response, picking up frequencies from 30Hz to 50,000Hz. With such a large frequency range, these microphones are awesome for sound design, and with their cardioid polar pattern, the 8040’s are even great for rooms with poor acoustics, allowing very few sounds to impinge from behind.
